EXPORIQ provides a software-as-a-service workspace for export-related portfolio management, intelligence, commercial workflows, operations, and related AI-assisted features. Features available to you depend on your selected plan and configuration.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Ensuring users in your workspace have appropriate authorization
• The accuracy of information entered into the workspace
• Using the service only for lawful export and business purposes

You must not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform, or access data that does not belong to your organization.

You retain ownership of content you submit to EXPORIQ (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service for your organization.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

AI-generated suggestions, analyses, drafts, and recommendations are provided for assistance only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, customs, tax, or trade-compliance advice.

You remain solely responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for quotations, shipments, contracts, filings, or other commercial decisions.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase or in your order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

• Do not use EXPORIQ for unlawful trade, sanctions evasion, or fraudulent activity

EXPORIQ, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights granted to use the service, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Each party may receive confidential business information from the other. The receiving party will protect that information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INTELLIGENCE / AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXPORIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
